Accessibility Conformance Reports in VPAT format
A VPAT is the template. An Accessibility Conformance Report is the completed document. It is increasingly the first accessibility artefact a buyer asks for, and often the one that decides whether a procurement proceeds.
Why an honest report is the useful one
An ACR that claims full support everywhere tells a buyer nothing, and is quickly disproved by their own testing. A report that records partial support with a clear remark about what is affected and what is planned is more persuasive, because it is verifiable.
We write conformance claims we can stand behind, and we state the evaluation methods used to reach them.
Which edition and which chapters
We complete the VPAT edition your buyer expects — WCAG, Section 508 (Revised), EN 301 549, or the combined international edition — and only the chapters that genuinely apply to the product type. Documents, software, web content and authoring tools are assessed against different chapters.
Kept current
An ACR describes a product at a point in time. When the product changes materially, the report needs revisiting; we can re-evaluate on a release cadence so the document in your sales pack still matches what you ship.
